Hello, I'm Josh Trafford and I am the lovely being who brought together Green Mann Holistic Wellness, a small business on the Isle of Man with healing on a spiritual and energetic level in mind through the form Tarot Cards, and Reiki.

My path into holistic healing began in March 2021, when I started reading Tarot as a way to deepen my self-awareness and gain insight into my thoughts and emotions. During this time, I was also attending counseling following some difficult challenges in my personal life, and the combination of both practices allowed me to unravel the root of my feelings and experiences. The changes I experienced in my own life through Tarot were profound—transforming my challenges into empowering growth.

What began as a personal practice soon blossomed into something more, and I began offering Tarot readings at markets. This led to the development of a full practice, where I began offering client bookings, helping others find clarity and understanding through the Tarot. To further deepen my Tarot practice, I became certified as a Tarot Advisor through Biddy Tarot in 2024, which has allowed me to offer more in-depth, professional guidance to my clients.

In March 2024, I began my Reiki journey, completing my Level 1 Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho degree in April 2024. By February 2025, I completed my Level 2 degree, and my journey continues to evolve with Reiki as I expand my knowledge and skills. This energy healing has added a powerful dimension to my work, allowing me to help others process emotions, release blockages, and heal on deeper levels.

Both Tarot and Reiki have transformed my own life and the lives of my clients. They’ve brought clarity, empowerment, and healing, helping to turn negative experiences into opportunities for personal growth and transformation.

Healing begins with self-awareness. Through Tarot, I help bring subconscious patterns and energies into the light so that they can be understood and transformed. Tarot is a powerful tool for setting intentions, allowing us to gain insight into what’s truly affecting us and guiding us toward deeper self-understanding. When combined with Reiki, these practices work synergistically to support both emotional and physical healing.

I believe that when we understand ourselves and gain clarity, we are empowered to take control of our lives and create the future we desire.
