Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Your Appointment Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Simply select the service, date, and time that works best for you. Types of Sessions Available: Reiki Sessions: [Duration options 30, 60 minutes] Tarot Readings: [Duration options dependent on reading, 60 minutes} Confirmation: After booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your appointment details. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive this confirmation. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or to reschedule your session. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged £15. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. 3. Client Responsibilities Health Disclosure: For Reiki sessions, please notify us of any significant health conditions or concerns you may have. Reiki is complementary to traditional medical treatment, but it’s important that we are aware of any underlying medical issues. Tarot Sessions: Come with an open mind! While tarot is meant for guidance, it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Preparation: If you’re coming for a tarot session, please consider preparing a few questions or an intention for the reading to help guide the session. For Reiki, create a peaceful environment where you can relax and receive the energy. 4.
